Iulia Vantur insecure of Katrina Kaif?

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s blossoming friendship is said to be playing havoc for Iulia Vantur.

Deccan Chronicle reports that Khan threw a birthday celebration for Kaif during their stay in New York, where they were there for the IIFA’s. Since Kaif’s relationship with Ranbir Kapoor broke down, Khan has been there for the actress as a shoulder to console on.

A close friend told the publication, “A normal amount of empathy exists between the two now. They’ve shared a very close and long-lasting relationship and he has always been there for her whenever she needed him, even when she was seeing someone else. Now, when she’s single, she’s rapidly gravitating towards him for emotional and professional support. And he is not one to leave her in the lurch.”

So with Khan and Kaif spending a lot more time together, on set and off, it remains to be seen how Vantur will deal with this all.
