Ishaan Khatter seems to be choosy already for his forthcoming projects post his debut in ‘Dhadak’ last year.
The actor is thought to have been considered for Mira Nair’s on-screen adaptation of ‘A Suitable Boy’, Vikram Seth’s novel of the same name. However, it seems he’s turned down the filmmaker in favour of Bhardwaj, who made his brother Shahid Kapoor’s career with some of his previous films. Bhardwaj is thought to be ready to make a film on ‘Midnight’s Children’ on screen, Salman Rushdie’s novel.
As such, it appears Randeep Hooda has bagged the role in Nair’s film.
