'A Suitable Boy' on BBC One
Ishaan Khatter has taken to Instagram to share a sneak peek of his upcoming show ‘A Suitable Boy’, which airs on BBC One later this month.
The series helmed by Mira Nair, is a on-screen adaptation of Vikram Seth’s novel ‘A Suitable Boy’. It also stars Bollywood star, Tabu.
Tabu plays a courtesan named Saeeda Bai. Meanwhile, Khatter plays Maan Singh, the rebellious son of politician Mahesh Kapoor (played by Ram Kapoor).
‘A Suitable Boy’ will broadcast on BBC One starting on Sunday 26th July. It will also stream on BBC iPlayer.
