Irrfan Khan is what one can easily call a chameleon. Hardly failing to impress, he’s proved he can play the good, the bad and the darn right ugly. However, his forthcoming venture seems to be a first for him. According to reports, the actor will soon play a lead in a genre audiences have yet to see him in.
According to��DNA India, the actor has been signed by director��Tanuja Chandra, for her upcoming romantic comedy. A source close to the film was reported revealing, “Irrfan has loved the script; Tanuja had been working on it for a long time. It’s a romcom revolving around an unlikely couple that falls in love on a road trip. The film is set in India and will roll in November.”
Whilst Khan is currently in the midst of his recent projects including, Hollywood film ‘Inferno’ which also stars Tom Hanks, as well as��Saket Chaudhary’s ‘Hindi Medium’, the makers of Chandra’s yet untitled film are taking their time in casting the lead actress and the rest of the cast.
