Indrajit Chakraborty on Showik’s arrest: “Congrats India you’ve arrested my son”

Indrajit Chakraborty has released a statement a day after his son, Showik Chakraborty was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau for an alleged drugs probe.

India Today’s Entertainment Editor, Sushant Mehta tweeted an official statement from Indrajit. He said, “Congrats India you have arrested my son I’m sure next on the line is my daughter & I don’t know who is next thereafter You have effectively demolished a middle class family
But of course for the sake of justice everything is justified
Jai Hind – Lt col Indrajit Chakraborty(retd)”

Showik was arrested on Friday, along with Sushant Singh Rajput’s house manager, Samuel Miranda. The actor’s house help, Dipesh Sawant was also arrested.
