Indra Kumar registers two more titles for ‘Dhamaal’ franchise

Director Indra Kumar who is currently promoting his next instalment in the Dhamaal franchise – ‘Total Dhamaal’, which releases in a month’s time, has already hinted that he’s already begun work for a further two more instalments.

Reported on Mid-day, Kumar reveals, “A sequel is definitely on the cards,” and without further-a-do has registered two titles for these – ‘Triple Dhamaal’ and ‘Full On Dhamaal’.

Though ‘Total Dhamaal’ will have an all star cast with Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit-Nene and Ajay Devgn in lead roles, previously in ‘Dhamaal’ (2007) and ‘Double Dhamaal’ (2011) Sanjay Dutt was in the lead cast. Kumar shares how he has missed Dutt for his forthcoming film and is determined to bring him back for the next ones. “I would love to repeat the cast in the next instalment. I missed Sanjay during the shoot of Total Dhamaal; he couldn’t do it because of date issues. But I will force him to join us in the next.”

Kumar who has worked with Devgn before in ‘Masti’ (2004) and ‘Ishq’ (1997), is extremely pleased that Devgn came on board for ‘Total Dhamaal’ says, “I could not have made this film without Ajay’s support. I want the movie to fare well because Ajay trusted me with it, and I can’t let him down.”

‘Total Dhamaal’ is due to release on the 22nd February.
