India ratings: ZEE TV returns to No.1 in Urban market

ZEE TV returned to the No.1 position in latest India ratings for the Urban market, according to BARC data for Week 38 of 2017.

ZEE TV delivered 402.089 million Impressions, while Star Plus made a big loss and dropped to No.2 with 387.250 million Impressions and Colors in third with 382.392 million Impressions. In fourth place was Sony Entertainment Television with 377.352 million Impressions and at No.5 was Sony SAB TV with 264.544 million Impressions.

‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ on Sony TV was the most watched show this week in the Urban market. It fetched 7.566 million Impressions.

In the Rural region, ZEE Anmol remained No.1 with 542.022 million Impressions, followed by Sony Pal with 365.125 million Impressions and Star Bharat next with 321.608 million Impressions. At No.4 was Rishtey with 297.623 million Impressions and ZEE TV in fifth with 269.288 million Impressions.

‘Jamai Raja’ on ZEE Anmol was the most watched show this week in the Rural market. It fetched 6.422 million Impressions.

In combined data (Urban and Rural), ZEE Anmol was top channel with 700.182 million Impressions, followed by ZEE TV with 671.377 million Impressions and Star Bharat in third with 582.902 million Impressions.

‘Kumkum Bhagya’ on ZEE TV was the most watched show this week in the HSM market. It fetched 12.647 million Impressions.
