After Arnab Goswami’s Republic coming out as the clear leader in the English news genre in India over the past few weeks, rival Times Now is catching up steadily.

According to official data (Urban & Rural) from BARC for Week 24 of 2017, Republic registered 964,000 million Impressions – down from 1054,000 million Impressions last week. Meanwhile Times Now was up and came out as stronger this week with 935,000 million Impressions (last week 748,000 million Impressions).
