India ratings: Star Plus & Sony Pal lead the way

Star Plus remained India’s favourite Hindi entertainment channel, along with Sony Pal in latest India ratings from BARC for Week 19 of 2017.

Star Plus fetched 422.138 impressions in the Urban region, followed by Colors with 323.279 impressions and ZEE TV with 286.873 impressions. Sony SAB TV was in fourth place with 263.317 impressions and Sony Entertainment Television next with 235.547 impressions.

The top rated show in Urban region remained ‘Naagin – Season 2’ on Colors with 6789 impressions, followed by ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ on ZEE TV with 6679 impressions and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ on Star Plus with 6154 impressions.

In the Rural region, Sony Pal stayed top with 431.835 impressions, followed by ZEE Anmol with 384.915 impressions and Rishtey in third with 348.176 impressions. Star Utsav in fourth fetched 294.256 impressions and ZEE TV in fifth with 204.260 impressions.

The top rated show in the Rural region was ‘Jamai Raja’ on ZEE Anmol with 6615 impressions, followed by ‘Baalveer’ on Sony Pal with 5764 impressions and ‘Tashan-e-Ishq’ on ZEE Anmol with 5208 impressions.
