India ratings: Star Plus & Colors continue climb

Star Plus and Colors both added new points in the latest round of Indian viewing figures.

According to data for Week 26 of 2011, Star Plus remained numero uno with 292 GRPs this week (last week 284). However, Colors has been edging nearer to its old rival with an increase of 33 points this week from last week. Colors registered 263 GRPs (last week 230).

ZEE TV, which donned a new look in this week, managed to remain static with 228 GRPs, same as last week. However, its shows ‘Pavitra Rishta’ and ‘Ram Milaye Jodi’ did very well by occupying number one and four shows, respectively all over India.

Sony Entertainment Television Asia lost 11 points this week by recording 150 GRPs (last week 161).

SAB TV was not far behind with 137 GRPs (last week 138).

Imagine TV has recorded 81 GRPs (last week 89).
