The ongoing Indian Premier League once again played havoc on Hindi TV channels in the Urban region in latest India ratings, according to BARC data for Week 16 of 2018.

In the Urban sector, Colors returned to No.1 with 355.118 million Impressions, followed by Star Plus with 323.484 million Impressions and Star Bharat with 316.206 million Impressions. In fourth place was ZEE TV with 314.519 million Impressions and Sony SAB TV with 272.393 million Impressions.

The top rated shows in the Urban sector were ‘Kundali Bhagya’ on ZEE TV with 6.392 million Impressions, followed by ‘Ishq Subhan Allah’ on ZEE TV with 5.379 million Impressions and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ on Star Plus with 5.368 million Impressions.

In the Rural sector, ZEE Anmol delivered 546.647 million Impressions, followed by Rishtey with 432.512 million Impressions and Sony Pal with 400.012 million Impressions. Star Utsav was placed at No.4 with 362.626 million Impressions and Star Bharat in fifth with 313.716 million Impressions.

The top rated shows in the Rural sector were ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ on ZEE Anmol with 9.611 million Impressions, followed by ‘Ganga’ on ZEE Anmol with 5.501 million Impressions and ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ with Sony Pal with 5.434 million Impressions.

In the combined Urban & Rural data, ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ on ZEE Anmol was No.1 show with 11.721 million Impressions, followed by ‘Kundali Bhagya’ on ZEE TV with 10.331 million Impressions and ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ on ZEE TV with 8.594 million Impressions.
