India ratings: Colors rises back to third place

In what was a losing week for most Hindi entertainment channels, Colors was seen as the only channel to grew in official data for Week 28 of 2014 from TAM.

Star Plus remained the leading Hindi entertainment channel with 673 GVTMs, with a relative share of 27.87% (last week 704 TVM with 29.15% relative share).

ZEE TV was in second place and witnessed the biggest loss this week down by 54 TVM. In total the channel raked in 425 GTVM and a relative share of 17.60% (last week 479 TVM and 19.83% relative share).

Colors was back up to third place with 342 GTVM – up by 22 TVM. Its relative share stood at 14.16% (last week 320 TVM with 13.25% relative share).

Star Life Ok was down to number four with 325 GTVM and a relative share of 13.46% (last week 348 TVM and 14.41%).

Sony Entertainment Television Asia was down too with 279 GTVM and relative share of 11.55% (last week 288 TVM and 11.93% relative share).

Sony SAB TV was in sixth with 248 GTVM, with a relative share of 10.27% (last week 276 GTVM and 11.43% relative share).
