India ratings: Colors remains India’s No.1

Colors has retained the top position as India’s most watched Hindi entertainment channel in official data from BARC for Week 37 of 2015.

Not only that, Colors widened the gap at top with second placed, Star Plus. Colors fetched 414 million (last week 387 million), while Star Plus in second managed 381 million (last week 370 million) and ZEE TV in third with 257 million (last week 263 million) – the only channel inside the Top 5 to witness a decline.

Life Ok was at No.4 with 222 million (last week 208 million) and SAB TV rounding off the Top 5 with 184 million (last week 177 million).

Colors’ ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ took the top spot with 6.8, while ‘Saathiya’ on Star Plus managed 6.6 and ZEE TV’s ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ was third with 6.2.
