CNN-IBN was India’s most watched English news channel across India in the first quarter of 2011.

During the months of April, May and June, CNN-IBN had telecast innovative programming that included a series of specials around the Cricket World Cup featuring 7 former World Champions. Owing to the in-depth and precise reporting by the channel, CNN-IBN also became the most watched English news channel during the recent state elections.
