India ratings: ‘Aahat’ doing well for Sony TV

The Sony Entertainment Television Asia thriller, ‘Aahat’ is doing well for the channel and picking up in TRPs by every passing episode, according to latest viewing data.

‘Aahat’ has been a popular fixture on Sony TV for many years but only recently saw new episodes being broadcast on the channel after reruns proved to have clicked with viewers.

Viewing data for Week 50 saw the show average with TRPs of 2.66, helping the channel to consolidate its fourth position with 183 GRPs.

The top three remained unchanged with Colors leading the pack with 294 GRPs, a slight drop of 47 GRPs from..week 49.

STAR Plus remained consistent with 275 GRPs and ZEE TV with 241.

NDTV Imagine fell down further to 92 GRPs and SAB TV was in sixth with 76 GRPs.
