The official teaser of cricket based drama ’83’ has been released.
Ranveer Singh will be seen playing cricketer Kapil Dev, in the much delayed project helmed by Kabir Khan. The film’s release was put back due to the pandemic.
’83’ revolves around India’s historic 1983 World Cup win. It also stars Tahir Raj Bhasin, Jiiva, Saqib Saleem, Jatin Sarna, Chirag Patil, Dinker Sharma, Nishant Dahiya, Harrdy Sandhu, Sahil Khattar, Ammy Virk, Addinath Kothare, Dhairya Karwa, R Badree and Pankaj Tripathi. Deepika Padukone will be seen playing Romi, Kapil Dev’s wife.
The trailer of ’83’ releases on 30th November 2021. The film hits cinemas on 24th December 2021.
