In Video: First promo of new ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’

Sony Entertainment Television Asia has unleashed the first promo for this year’s ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ series.

According to Mid-Day, the new series’ theme will be “Seekhna Bandh Toh Jeetna Bandh” (No Learning, No winning). Last year, the show’s theme was “Sirf Gyaan Hi Aapko Aapka Haq Dilata Hai”, telling masses how only knowledge helps you get your rights. In 2010, the show promoted “Koi Bhi Sawaal Chota Nahin Hota”(no question is insignificant), while the 2011 edition focussed on how “Koi Bhi Insaan Chota Nahi Hota”, which translated to how no person is smaller than another.

The new series hosted by legend Amitabh Bachchan, kicks off late August/early September.
