Nowadays, it is not known for many stars to try to do what the general public during their film promotions. However, when Deepika Padukone wished to travel by train with the public from Mumbai to Delhi, for ‘Tamasha’ promotions, her co-star and ex flame Ranbir Kapoor was only happy to oblige. The two have now set off, along with director Imtiaz Ali.
“We have started our journey and I am super excited,” Padukone told PTI. Kapoor also stated, “We were anyway travelling to Delhi. So, when Deepika wished to take the train. We went ahead and cancelled the flight tickets.”.
A special coach was added to the train so that the promotional and media teams were able to travel with the actors.
