In pictures: BBC’s Desi Divas Night

A special on Biz Asia from last week’s BBC Asian Network held event titled Desi Divas.

Desi Divas took place on last Wednesday (9th November) in Birmingham, Jongleurs (Bar Risa). The event was hosted by Asian Network presenter Nikki Bedi. The night was dedicated to Desi Divas, The very best in UK Asian Female Talent.

A line up of artists included Ms Scandalous, Hard Kaur, all female group Serese, Suman, Sneha Mistri, Alysia, Sabrina, Dj Kayper, Ms Que Tee and Mc Ria. The boys could not keep away as the event ended with a live set from legendary Bhangra band The Safri Boys.
