Television audiences are in for a treat as two ambitious projects of the newest General Entertainment Channel &TV۪gear up to captivate audiences. Starting 2ndMarch, the magnum opus’Razia Sultan’will air everyMonday – Friday at 19:30 while’Begusarai’will engage the audience with its rustic charm everyMonday to Friday at 22:00 With two completely different genres and setups, a historical show’Razia Sultan’and a show based on a quirky small town ‘Begusarai’, there will be much to keep the viewers coming back for more.

Talking about the shows,Mr. Rajesh Iyer, Business Head – &TV said, Both the shows have been strategically designed to appeal to the new age mindset of viewers. While historical shows in the past have re-told a story already known, we have consciously tried to present an untold progressive narrative of the 13thcentury slave dynasty with Razia Sultan. On the other hand with Begusarai, we bring to television a fresh new dialect and flavour which is again a first on TV. We are certain that the audience will relate to the contemporary aspect of these shows.۝
