Imtiaz Ali wishes to direct an epic war drama

Popular director Imtiaz Ali is known for his unique take on love stories, like ‘Highway’ (2015) or the recently released, ‘Tamasha’ (2015), but he is looking forward to stepping out of the romantic��genre.

When asked if he would ever make a film like ‘Bajirao Mastani’, Ali told ANI, that he would like to make an epic war drama someday.

His ‘Tamasha’ (2015), starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone released on 27th November and has been doing well at the box office.
