Imran Khan found Pankaj Kapoor a challenge to work with

When working with new people, you never know what to expect. So when Imran Khan started working with veteran actor Pankaj Kapoor, on their upcoming film ‘Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola’, he never realised how much extra work he would have to put in.

Hindustan Times reported Khan talking about how he found himself constantly in the middle of Kapoor’s spontaneity, “Pankaj Kapoor as an actor is a very challenging co-star to act opposite, because he improvises a lot and he pulls out��new things as they happen. You have to be in the moment��with him, you have to be ready with whatever he will do, and you have to be ready to pick that up and take it forward.”��

Looks like Khan has a lot to learn from his senior co-stars, and he seems to be doing well in that area already. Directed by Vishal Bharadwaj, ��this film will see Khan starring opposite Anushka Sharma for the first time, as well as Shabana Azmi.
