Imagine to launch new show ‘Shaadi 3 Crore Ki’

Imagine…Dil Se is gearing up to launch its new reality TV show ‘Shaadi 3 Crore Ki’ next month.

As revealed on��BizAsia.co.uk��earlier, the show was tentatively titled ‘Punjabi Family Hunt’ based on the format of ‘Big Fat Indian Wedding’.

The show will follow a real Punjabi family in India and the trial and tribulations it goes through leading up to a wedding. Cameras will capture the bride and groom’s family for a period of one month leading up to the wedding. Both families have 30 days to spend every rupee of the 3 Crore the channel will be giving.

‘Shaadi 3 Crore Ki’ will be hosted by Ali Asgar and Mona Singh who will represent the bride and groom, known as the ‘ladkewaale’ and ‘ladkiwaale’.

‘Shaadi 3 Crore Ki’ will run for 16 episodes and is expected to launch after ‘Zor Ka Jhatka – Total Wipeout’, which starts today on the channel.
