Imagine…Dil Se confirms launch of ‘Swayamavar 3’

After announcing the new launch of ‘Wipeout – Zor Ka Jhatka’, Imagine…Dil Se has confirmed the details of the third series of reality TV show ‘Swayamavar’.

‘Swayamvar Season 3 – Ratan Ka Rishta’ as the show will be known as will feature actress Ratan Rajpoot search for her life partner. Ratan currently plays the lead role in ZEE TV’s ‘Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo’, which is soon to go off-air.

Imagine TV head content and communication Harsh Rohatgi said, “Swayamavar has become an iconic show for us as a channel and part of our annual calendar. What’s great about the show is that it draws upon an ancient Indian tradition which all Indians know of, and makes the choosing of a life-partner a grand spectacle that people can relate to. In Ratan, we have someone loved by audiences all over the country. She has all the qualities that make for a perfect wife and we hope she finds her Mr Right on the show.”

The earlier two series’ featured Rakhi Sawant and Rahul Mahajan as the celebrities looking for their beaus. The launch date of ‘Swayamavar 3’ is yet to be announced but looks likely in March.
