Ileana D’Cruz opposite Imran Khan in Nikhil Advani’s next?

Although Imran Khan has not seen much success recently in his romantic loverboy roles, it seems he’s going to try his hand once more but this time with Nikhil Advani as director. BizAsia has learnt that it could well be Ileana D’Cruz that is signed as leading lady opposite him.

An insider recently told Hindustan Times, “The film will begin only towards the end of June or the first week of July as Imran and his wife Avantika (Malik) are expecting their first baby. Imran isn�۪t taking on any work until the baby�۪s birth, and once that happens, his first project will be Nikhil�۪s film”.

Although the finalisation of the cast is yet to be done to the yet untitled project, there is no indication as to what the story of the film will be. If D’Cruz and Khan come together, it will be for the first time on screen.

D’Cruz is currently gearing up for the release of her next film ‘Main Tera Hero’ which also stars Varun Dhawan and Nargis Fakhri.
