IIFA to return to Mumbai this September; voting gets underway
To mark the 20th edition of the biggest annual global celebration of Indian cinema, the International Indian Film Academy announced THE IIFA BIG 20 to honour the best among the winners over the glorious past 19 years.
Adding to the excitement of the highly awaited star-studded NEXA IIFA Awards, to be celebrated this September in Mumbai- The City of Dreams and home to Bollywood and its stars, IIFA announced five Special Awards to celebrate the Winner Among Winners, the nominees for which would include all winners over the last 19 years.
The IIFA Big 20 would highlight winners across five popular categories:
· Best Performance In A Leading Role (Female)
· Best Performance In A Leading Role (Male)
· Best Director
· Best Music Director
· Best Picture
Celebrating The Winner of the Winners, THE IIFA BIG 20 would be declared during the coveted NEXA IIFA Awards presentation ceremony. The winners would be decided by the fans through public voting. Click here to vote now.
