IFFI 2018 to feature ‘Padmaavat’, ‘October’ & ‘Raazi’

The International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2018 is featuring several major releases of this year, including ‘Padmaavat’ (2018), ‘October’ (2018), ‘Mahanati’ (2018), ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ (2017) and ‘Raazi’ (2018).

The Indian Panorama segment of the festival also includes national award-winning Bengali film ‘Nagarkirtan’ (2017) by Kaushik Ganguly and other regional films such as ‘Sinjar’, ‘Walking With The Wind’, ‘Ee Maa Yove’, ‘Dhappa’, ‘To Let’ and ‘Peranbu’, Deccan Chronicle reported. The segment will screen 26 feature and 21 non-feature Indian films in total. Rahul Rawail’s selection jury has picked Shaji N Karun’s ‘Olu’ as the opening feature film for the category, while Vinod Ganatra’s jury has selected Aditya Suhas Jambhale’s ‘Kharvas’ as the non-feature opener.

IFFI will begin in Goa on 20th November and end on 28th November. The festival also features several foreign films that have not been announces as of yet.
