Huma Qureshi not running for awards

Taking Bollywood by storm, Huma Qureshi’s performances have definaltey got her noticed. Having been nominated for an IIFA, the actress expresses how she isn’t interested in winning all the awards.

“I’m very happy with the kind of films I am doing. Awards are like an added feather in the cap. But you don’t do films for awards, you do them for appreciation,” Times of India reported Qureshi stating.��

“All of my films have been commercial success.��Personally for me, when someone writes to me on Twiiter��or watches my film and does a private review��and sends it to me, I really appreciate that. Those are the people��who are taking out the time from their busy schedule to watch my film so I’m very happy. I’m glad I can touch their lives in some way and make a difference,” she goes onto express.

Set to release this weekend, Huma Qureshi will next be seen in Nikhil Advani’s ‘D-Day’.
