Hum TV & Hum Masala not in breach of Ofcom advertising rule in UK


Hum TV Network’s two channels, Hum TV and Hum Masala have been cleared by UK media regulator, Ofcom over an investigation relating to excessive advertising on its services.

Ofcom completed the investigation between 20th August to 2nd September 2018 period and found Hum TV and Hum Masala not in breach of Ofcom’s codes, rules, licence conditions or other regulatory requirements. understands that the investigation was about whether the two channels had exceeded the 12-minute per hour rule of advertising minutage.
