Hum TV Europe programme schedule confirmed

BizAsia has been given details of Hum TV Europe when it launches in UK/Europe next week.

The channel, which will broadcast free-to-air on Sky Digital channel 859 from Monday (10th March), will focus mainly on its hit fiction shows. The channel has become synonymous for its blockbuster dramas.

The three prime magazine shows the channel will broadcast will be ‘Jago Pakistan Jago’ each day at 09:00 and repeated at 23:30. Cookery show ‘Food Diaries’ will air everyday at 14:00 – this show is broadcast on sister channel, Masala TV in Pakistan. Similarly ‘Runway/Snapshot will air daily at 13:30 and 23:00.

Shows between 18:30 and 23:30 each weeknight will consist of original dramas such as ‘Munchalay’, ‘Hum Theray Guneghar’, ‘Dil Ka Darwaza’, ‘Bilqees Kaur’ and a different drama weeknights at 20:00 and 23:00 such as ‘Zindagi Tere Bina’, ‘Shab-E-Zindag’, ‘Kisay Apna Khainy’ and ‘Ishq Mein Teray’.

Weekend shows will consist of telefilms on Saturday nights at 21:00 and fashion elements on Sundays at 21:00. ‘Mein Deewani’, ‘Bunty I Love You’ and ‘Rangeelay’ will also form the weekend evening schedule.
