‘Hum Paanch’ set to return for third series on ZEE TV

The classic 90s sitcom ‘Hum Paanch’ is set for a return for a third season.

According to Times Of India, the show will be titled ‘Hum Paanch Phir Se’. It will also no longer be produced by Ekta Kapoor.

A source told the publication, “We will retain all the intrinsic elements and the format but will give it a modern spin. The production house is in the process of finalising the cast, which will comprise new faces.”

Other details of the third season are yet sketchy. It is not known if all the main characters will reprise their roles. It is worth noting that Vidya Balan made her television acting debut with this show.
