Hum News set for launch in UK on Monday

Hum News, the first news service from the Hum TV Network umbrella, will be launching officially on the Sky platform next week, BizAsiaLive.com can exclusively reveal.

Hum News launched in Pakistan a couple of months ago. The channel will now enter the UK market on Sky channel 782 from Monday 16th July. Hum TV Network is hoping to prove huge competition to biggest rivals, New Vision TV and Geo News. Other channels in the Pakistani news genre in the UK include Samaa TV, Dunya News, 92 News and UK 44.

Hum News will no doubt bolster the Hum TV Network, which currently runs Hum TV and Hum Masala – both leaders in their respective genres.
