Hrithik Roshan turns director for ‘Krrish 4’; Aditya Chopra joins as Co-Producer
Hrithik Roshan is set to make his directorial debut with the highly anticipated ‘Krrish 4’.
Confirming the development, Rakesh Roshan told PinkVilla, “I’m passing the baton as director of ‘Krrish 4′ to my son, Hrithik Roshan, who has lived, breathed, and dreamt about this franchise alongside me since its inception!”
He added, “’Krrish’ has entertained audiences worldwide, and now Hrithik will take this journey to even greater heights.”
Adding to the excitement, Rakesh Roshan also confirmed that Yash Raj Films’ Aditya Chopra will co-produce the film. He stated, “Duggu, 25 years ago, I launched you as an actor, and today, after 25 years, you are being launched as a director by two filmmakers—Aditya Chopra and myself—to take forward our most ambitious film.”
Filming is scheduled to begin in early 2026.
