Hrithik Roshan & Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Ramayan’ budgeted at Rs. 750 crore?

Nitesh Tiwari’s much talked about three-part adaptation of the Indian Hindu mythological, ‘Ramayan’ is rumoured to be budgeted at an astronomical Rs. 750 crore.
It has been widely speculated that Hrithik Roshan and Ranbir Kapoor will play Ravana and Rama, who will be paid Rs. 75 crore each.
A source told a leading publication, “The rest of the budget will go into making the kind of staggering epic that the Ramayan has never been treated to before.”
Meanwhile, rumours of Kareena Kapoor Khan being approached for the film are said to be untrue. The source added, “They were planted by her marketing team. Kareena for all her talent, doesn’t suit the part at all.”
