Hrithik Roshan is said to have hiked his price to an astronomical Rs. 50 crore for Ashutosh Gowariker’s period romance drama ‘Mohenjo Daro’ and refused any profit-sharing unlike other actors.
The news comes as surprising as Gowariker is yet to seal a producer to back the huge project. However, word has it that a production giant could soon sign a deal. A source told Mumbai Mirror, “The modalities are being worked out and the studio will come on board in the next 15 days. Hrithik’s first-of-its-kind pay structure has been taken into account.”
Sources told the publication that this deal will make Roshan the highest paid actor in the country and the film in question the most expensive.
