Hrithik Roshan gets one up on Aamir Khan again?
A recent online poll has revealed that Hrithik Roshan is indeed better than the man with the Midas Touch, Aamir Khan, in the popularity stakes. The result marks the second time Roshan has done better than Khan.
In May,��a survey called ‘Star India Loves’ was conducted by Ormax Media. The results of the poll set out the order of the top 10 male stars in the Bollywood film fraternity: Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ranbir Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn and John Abraham. Although still at the third position, Roshan has indeed scored above Khan and credit can be given to the huge success of ‘Agneepath’ (2012) earlier this year.
The first time Roshan ranked higher than Khan was in his small-screen debut with dance reality show ‘Just Dance’. The TRP ratings of Roshan’s show were 0.7 higher than Khan’s opening episode of ‘Satyamev Jayate’, as reported by Times of India.
It is safe to say that Roshan’s number three position in the poll is thanks to the success at the box office of his recent releases; ‘Agneepath’ and ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ (2011).
