Hrithik Roshan & father to build residential tower in Mumbai

Hrithik Roshan and his father have reportedly purchased a 3,500 se metre plot opposite their office situated at at Commerce Centre on Andheri Link Road.

A source told Mid-Day, ���They have bought the plot as they wish to build a 26-floor residential tower opposite their office. The deal has been finalised but the paperwork is still going on.�۝

The report adds that apparently it is a good time to invest in residential property. The source told the publication that a residential plot in Andheri Link road could cost anywhere between Rs 50 to 60 crore.
