Hrithik Roshan almost finalised for ‘Srimanthudu’ Hindi remake?

Just a couple of weeks ago, BizAsia reported that Hrithik Roshan and Varun Dhawan were likely to star in the remake of Telugu film ‘Srimanthudu’ (2015). However, it seems now, if things all go well, Roshan is likely to sign the film.

Roshan has asked director��Koratala Siva, who also directed the Telugu original, to make a few changes to the climax scenes. According to Deccan Chronicle, a source close to Roshan said, “Hrithik has seen the film and he has suggested some changes in the climax. After making those, the director will see him again”.

Dhawan’s father apparently felt the film wasn’t quite right for his son. Salman Khan’s name was also associated to the film previously but it seems Roshan may well land the male lead role.
