While insecurity is a natural feeling in a competitive field such as for actors in Bollywood, most actors claim that they are secure enough to not feel insecure. However, Hrithik Roshan admits that he does have moments of insecurity.

Speaking to Filmfare, Roshan confessed, I have felt insecure as an actor all my life. But I۪ve learnt to deal with it. When you۪re not acknowledged enough as a child or you don۪t receive enough appreciation, it wires your brain to believe that you۪re not good enough_ when I get insecure now, I don۪t assume anything. I just look at everything there۪s to see. Proof is all you need really.۝

Roshan was last seen in Siddharth Anand۪s Bang Bang۪ (2014), which did exceptional business at the box office, though it met with mixed reactions from critics.

The actor is now working on Ashutosh Gowarikar۪s Mohenjo Daro۪, which also stars Pooja Hegde.

  2. This is disgusting! this guy whoever is thinks he is should re-tract his statement with a full apology! not a half hearted ‘I think i’m right but just to keep my job i’ll say sorry’ type of opology! your statement my uneducated friend has gone out to a lot of people that have no idea about Sikhism. We maybe more than anyone have endured hate, distruction, terrorism, racism and death.
Right now their is injustice unfolding in punjab, hundreds injured and 2 killed by punjab police for carrying out a peacful protest against the desicration of our Sri Guru Granth Sahib only days ago! everyone is allowed to have personal views 100%! but some views or comments are sometimes best left un-aired or maybe aired via the correct medium to make the point more understood. We are not Taliban! We have never been like the Taliban! and we will never be like the Taliban!
Metaphor or not, your right to express does not give you the right to insult! you think you only offended a few!? you’ve offended us all including your ancesters that faught to put you where you are right now! do you think it was easy for your parents or grandparents to move from their motherland away from their families in order to give you your freedoms? I guess a kid who has no respect for his heritage has no respect for himself. when people disagree with comments anger grows, that anger grows in different people in different ways. My way is to educate you and hopefully help other understand how completely offended Sikhs in Britain are about these comments. If you label me as a troll as a way of ingnoring this comment then it just shows how truely ignorant you are!
