Hrithik-Kareena starrer ‘Shuddhi’ delayed until summer 2015?

As if it wasn’t exciting enough that Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor Khan would be coming together once again for ‘Shuddhi’, it seems the wait may well be longer than first anticipated.

The initial date of release was expected to be Diwali next year but it seems that it is now confirmed that a delay has had to happen. In fact, it seems the movie may well be 2015’s big summer release. Apoorva Mehta, CEO, Dharma Productions, told Hindustan Times, “Yes, there are chances that Shuddhi will be pushed a bit. But right now, we haven�۪t taken a call on the exact nitty-gritty”.

Roshan’s brain surgery has pretty much delayed his other projects as well but the actor seems unaffected, “It�۪s going to be pushed forward by the amount of time that my recuperation has taken. But that doesn�۪t mean anything negative. It only means that we are going to get more time to prepare and more time to make things even better”.

Roshan will begin shooting for ‘Bang Bang’ with Katrina Kaif in November.
