Hrithik-Kareena on-screen reunion halted by Saif Ali Khan?

Not so long ago, there was talk of Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor reuniting on screen with Karan Johar’s ‘Shuddhi’. However, it seems Kapoor’s dearest hubby Saif Ali Khan has expressed his discomfort about the jodi and therefore it seems they won’t be coming together after all.

A source revealed to Deccan Chronicle, “Saif and Hrithik have worked together in the past and have a lot of common friends, but they aren�۪t buddies. Saif isn�۪t insecure about Kareena, but he�۪d much rather avoid a scene like this”.

“Kareena follows Saif�۪s advice on most things and trusts his vision. It�۪s unlikely that the original casting of Shuddhi will work out,” continues the source.

Well it may well be that they won’t be reuniting on screen this time. An audience can hope for another such project to come about.
