Hotstar is set to announce the premiere of seven unreleased films directly on its platform, which will all stream within three months.

In a press announcement scheduled to take place on Monday (29th June), Hotstar will announce a collection of huge star-studded movie titles – skipping a theatrical release, under the brand ‘Disney+ Hotstar Multiplex’.

Due to the coronavirus lockdown, some filmmakers have made the decision to premiere their films directly on digital platforms instead. It is worth noting that cinemas in India are currently closed due to the lockdown.

The films confirmed to stream on Hotstar include:

Laxmmi Bomb
starring Akshay Kumar & Kiara Advani

Dil Bechara
starring Sushant Singh Rajput & Sanjana Sanghi

Bhuj – The Pride of India
starring Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt & Sonakshi Sinha

Sadak 2
starring Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur & Alia Bhatt

The Big Bull
starring Abhishek Bachchan & Ileana D’Cruz

Mimi
starring Kriti Sanon & Pankaj Tripathi

LootCase
starring Kunal Kemmu & Rasika Duggal

Khuda Hafiz
starring Vidyut Jammwal & Shivaleeka Oberoi
