Hollywood team on board for SRK’s look as dwarf?

SRK 6

Shah Rukh Khan will be essaying the role of a dwarf in Aanand L Rai’s next. Although the actor is known to have experimenting with VFX in his films in recent years, it seems Rai is bringing on a Hollywood team for his film to perfect the actor’s look.

New has it that the team in question worked on Brad Pitt’s look for Hollywood film ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button’ (2008). A source told Asian Age, “Yes, work on SRK۪s look has already started and Anand will invest a lot of time with Khan۪s VFX team as well. The pre-production will take a lot of time but they have enough time before the film goes on floors”.

In ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button’, Pitt wasn’t the one who acted out the scenes. It was in fact a different actor and Pitt’s face came in as replacement once the scenes were shot, with his facial expressions and voice added at a later stage. The source adds, “For Anand, it is all about storytelling and the VFX will work in such a way that it doesn۪t come in the way of his shooting style. The Hollywood team will present him with many options and after discussing it with SRK and his VFX team, a final call will be taken. But this is something that has never been done in India and everyone is excited”.

Red Chillies VFX has won awards for their special effects and Khan had said in a previous interview that is the VFX is correct then Rai’s film will be path-breaking.
