Himanshu Sharma “praying” for SRK to sign his next

After receiving huge acclaim for ‘Tanu Weds Manu’, film writer Himanshu Sharma is already in the midst of writing his next for Aanand L Rai, and apparently he is determined to get a certain superstar on board to play a lead.

“I am writing something for Aanand sir and this script is based in India and then travels to US. I am praying Mr. Shah Rukh Khan comes on board, but that�۪s for him and Aanand sir to decide,”��Indian Express reported Sharma explained.

Apparently, reports suggest that Khan has already been approached, however he has yet to agree to the film.

Talking about his equation with Rai, and the way they work, Sharma explained, “I am a different person and would make different stuff��_ I have my own understanding. I am working as a writer and he is the director. This medium belongs to a director��_ How a director interprets what is written is up to him.”
