Hema Malini will not produce again

When Hema Malini’s film ‘Tell Me��O Kkhuda’ (2011) -��which she produced and directed -��failed at the box office, it seems that it put her right off going behind the camera again.

NDTV��reported the veteran stating,��”I made a film recently but it did not work at all, my heart broke. If��you tell me to make another film, I will not. If you give me money to make it, then I will. But I don’t want to make a film because it is too much of a risk.”

Known for her classical dance and her acting career peaking in the 70s, she goes onto explain that this part of film-making is what she will stick to, “…I dance. If you to tell me to work in a film, I will, I act well, I can do that. But I will not produce a film.”

Her debut in producing films came with the film ‘Dil Aashna Hai’ (1992) starring Shah Rukh Khan and Divya Bharti. Since then she had only produced two TV serials and ‘Tell Me O Kkhuda’.It looks like Malini has definitely made a final decision on the matter.
