Helen on board for important role in ��Heroine�۪

The buzz surrounding Madhur Bhandarkar�۪s ��Heroine�۪ seems to be getting stronger and stronger with each passing day. The latest is that legendary item girl Helen, has been approached for a pivotal role in the film.

A news snippet in Bollywood Hungama suggests that she will be enacting the part of an ageing actress that imparts a few words of wisdom on a wayward rising star played by Kareena Kapoor.

Helen was last seen in bit parts in ��Jodi Breakers�۪ (2012), ��Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam�۪ (1999) and ��Marigold�۪ (2007).

��Heroine�۪ revolves around a schizophrenic actress�۪s rise to super-stardom and her subsequent fall, and also stars Arjun Rampal, Randeep Hooda, Shahana Goswami and Ranvir Shorey in a cameo. The film is scheduled to release in September.
