Haseena Parkar’s family emotional at Ibrahim’s death shoot

Director Apoorva Lakhia’s latest film ‘Haseena Parkar’ is provoking strong reactions from Haseena Parkar’s real family.

Ankur Bhatia, who plays Ibrahim Parkar in the film, recently revealed to Bollywood Hungama that Parkar’s family was once pushed to tears during a shoot.

“It was very taxing for both Shraddha and me as we had to go deep into our own dark places to act that scene. As we gave our shot and got out of the car, we saw Haseena’s entire family weeping by the monitor. We must have done something right”, said Bhatia.

‘Haseena Parkar’ is a biopic based on the life of mafia queen Haseena Parkar, sister of gangster Dawood Ibrahim. Starring Shraddha Kapoor, Siddhanth Kapoor and Bhatia, the film is scheduled to release on 22nd September 2017.
