‘Haseena Parkar’ biopic delays go legal way

The much talked about ‘Haseena Parkar’ biopic, which has been facing delays, is now set to go court to resolve the ongoing issues.

According to Mid-Day, Jayantilal Gada of PEN India Limited has moved court against the producers of the film.

He told the publication, “The exploitation rights have been assigned to us.”

A public notice issued by the lawyers of PEN states that Swiss Entertainment had assigned the exploitation rights of film to PEN. Meanwhile, Swiss Entertainment has alleged that they have terminated all understandings with PEN.
