Harshvardhan Rane replaces Abhishek Bachchan in ‘Paltan’

After Abhishek Bachchan walked out of JP Dutta’s war drama ‘Paltan’, Harshvardhan Rane has been roped in to play the important role.

Deccan Chronicle reports that Dutta was “blown away” by Rane and immediately selected him for the role. He made his Bollywood debut with ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ last year.

Nidhi Dutta of JP Films said, “Yes, we have signed Harshvardhan Rane for Paltan but it’s too early to divulge anything about the movie or his role.”

‘Paltan’ releases in the summer of 2018.
