Harshvardhan Kapoor is prepared for success

Harshvardhan Kapoor admitted he was happy to put in the preparation over 18 months for his debut role in Rakesh Omprakash Mehra�۪s ‘Mirzya�۪.

BizAsia had earlier reported on the actor’s preparation, both mentally and physically, and he believes this has helped his performance.�� “I was so overwhelmed by the process that by the time I reach I was ready to deliver. I used that as emotional impetus for the scenes,” he told PTI.

However he has given full credit to his director stating, “I think that is Mehra’s magic…It is nothing about me. It�۪s a director’s medium so it’s about how they choose to present you. Mehra is the best. Also the prep of 18 months helped. It was like a film in itself�۝.
